for Rogue I'm always going DEX... I know there is Rogue with full STR too, but I prefer DEX ;)

1st option : pure dex. You need get strike, eva and str philos (or just one of this)

2nd option : pure str. You need investive more gold for eva / strike items bulid is very expensive and hard to lvling at low lvls

3rd option : pure vit. You need get str, strike, eva items but you have more hp. Batter for lvling bad at pvp (saddly very rare to 1 hit)

i think pure VIT is not that bad. Pure VIT with 1 Hand BT is good @ PvP since has good HP and have rage step [paralyze skill] Just my opinion ^_^

I always go with a slightly balance build when i'm dealing with Rogues, (Mostly Str and some Dex)
