Either this or the payment didn't go through at all, do you know if your balance has changed? If so, you might need to wait, if not, the payment probably didn't go through. It make take up to 48 hours for your points to arrive due to security, anti-fraud, checks. If after that time period it didn't arrive go back to the transactions through the HELP button and click start an inquiry and write payment about your transaction and missing the points. Jonah Posted August 9, 2014 Share Posted August 9, 2014 An alternate case, which happened to me, was that the donation didn't go through the few times i did it, but it took the money out of my account and left it as a pending transaction, if your funds are taken they should return by the nearest Friday from what the team told me when i called.
