Solo DD means that you're killing the mobs on your own and let the other character die. It doesn't have to be you controlling both characters though. Playing with 2 clients opened at the same time is called dual client login (you need to have 2 IDs to do this).

The only way to philo belts is using Highly Concentrated Gems, which are available at the gem store. To give Physical Attack philo, use HC Orichalcum.

You can find the enchant scrolls at Alker Harbor's Item Merchant, Tasartia Alice. If it says that your item can't be enchanted then you must be using the wrong type of enchant scroll. There are three types of them though: Weapon, Armor and Accessory. Make sure you choose the accessory scroll.

You need to realize that there are different enchant scrolls for each level range and for each item type, in this case use the enchant scroll (accessory) lv40-79. Don't forget to equip the enchant protection scroll so that your item doesn't break when the enchantment fails.

You didn't possibly miss the announcement in the announcement section, did ya? If you're having gold problem, you have the option to purchase gems (if spending real money isn't bothering you), buy consumable items and sell them afterwards. I believe that DD is the easiest way to earn fast EXP (you can easily OHKO every enemies there) compare to regular monster hunting. If you're also looking for loots, you can try killing those pirates at Nera Harbor (but you need better gears to be able to OHKO them)

Someone was selling it for 1b recently, it used to be ~500m.
