Critical hits and misses

Hello, in some online games  even you had really low dex but you have high critical rate you will never miss as long as you made a cri. What about in luna if I had really low strike, it will do the same as above? Thank you

If your strike is lower than your opponents evasion the result would mean you miss 

If you have more equal or greater strike than your opponents evasion  your attacks will hit.

Lower your critical number is, then the lower your critical rate. Which means less critical's with less Dex.

 

Strike affects your overall chance to hit the target in general.

Wow that all I should say because I got really fast respond, also I apologize about the rule. In luna it has so many way to increase cri rate not only from dex but from items, this is why I asked for if in case Eva cannot dodge critical hit, so strike is the only one factor decide to hit with high Eva player or mobs am I correct? And certain skills that never miss like Rune Impact and magic will always hit.

Yeah, like they said, you'll need to get a decent amount of Strike if you're a physical type, cause it's quite easy to get evasion here. 

 

It's suggested you get two sets, one strike set, and one damage/tank set. You can switch out to the strike set when you're fighting eva types, makes things much easier.
