Think you r not newbie, im sure you can get 280-300 eva at NH. Just dont use euryale bow/Altair Its kinda hard to use fire arrow anyway. If you think you want to farm, and using human, take TH path so u get bomb. P.S. : If you think to play pdef. then i say no. pdef get higher chance to get stunned. With BWL, Chiv, and a Weapon Master, I 2 shot all of the mobs apart from Wookiss and Morgan with a +7 bow. All of my other equipment is evasion, so I don't have much invested into damage.
