  2. what is an additional slot only for fashion? You want to have a second costumes slots line? Sounds easier to just remove all stats from all costumes so they are truly costumes and you use them so ;]

We are working on a very very big update and many other things to try and make our server the real Luna experience that not even eya could accomplish, I have great hopes for this update and once it's out you will be amazed. This update will bring many new and old players back and as of staff members we don't need anymore right now, when we do we will open a new recruitment topic. The part about GMs contacting owners sounded very confusing lol, we have the owner Brandon, then 3 admins, 3 gms and 2 mods and we're all active so it's not like the "owners left the server" or something

  8. Please use the search function that our forums provide before posting, this is a known bug and it has been reported long ago, to which we already said it will be fixed in our future update
  9. I have already explained how it works and that is not up to us to "fix" your transactions, please read my previous message. If you have problems like that contact your cell service provider, if it keeps happening then contact our payments partner explaining to them that the service is not reliable and suggesting them to change it
  10. You will have to specify what the problem is, no id/pw window after selecting server? If so it has to do with your antivirus, proxy or user permission settings in windows
  11. Make an IRC channel for your guild, if you register it you are the owner and can set whoever you want for operators, ban, kick, etc from your channel and for reminders you can use the channel notice, simple and easy.
  12. Hi, I have removed your screenshots because you should not post this kind of private information in a public topic. Anyhow, our donations are handled by a third party company that has a strong anti-fraud system, this means they might take a couple of days to investigate your transaction and if everything is fine approve it. In order to see if a transaction succeeded or failed you must wait at least 48 hours and even so for such a large amount, if after 48 hours you have not received premium points you must click on the big Help button in the donations panel, it will show all your transactions and if they have succeed, failed or are still pending. If your transaction failed or is still pending after 48 hours click on the "start inquiry" link next to the transaction you are talking about and give all the details possible about your payment and ask why it has not been completed yet. It is not up to us if a donation is completed or not but to our payments partner, so if any of your transactions have issues you will have to e-mail them(through the Help and Start Inquiry buttons) or your bank/paypal/etc method you used asking what's wrong.
  13. Summon pet, drag or double click a single item off the pet window to your inventory, change map and summon again or dismiss, wait and summon it again and do this with the next item and keep this cycle until you removed them all

  15. I don't think you looked enough, the search for "logging in" brings up the "server down?" topic where you can check for that with other players.

If you want to post different suggestions either follow the "suggestions for upcoming update" topic or create separate topics for big suggestions, don't need 2 "all-kinds" suggestions topics, also you don't have to suggest for us to fix something that is already in game but is not working, rule n1 common sense, of course we will try to fix any broken content for the update

    Try typing "server select" in the search bar in our forums, most of the time that happens when there's something blocking the client from connecting, may it be your antivirus, firewall, maybe even windows permissions
  24. No. You don't need any level to donate. If you donated and didn't get points you must click on the help button in our payments panel which is maintained by a 3rd party company that has a strong anti-fraud protection and can sometimes take up to two days to validate your payment and may reject it if it found anything suspicious, if you click help you will see all your transactions and if they were accepted, rejected or are still pending.
