Since it's NOT a bug, no, it is not illegal. Rules players make among themselves in wars, whether they are abided by or not, is not of the staff's concern. Outside help is a concern of the players, it doesn't break a server rule, so we won't intervene.

There is an account recovery option coming in the near future, you can use that when it's available. No in fact I think it might have a negative effect on your drop rate since that character is out of the drop range.

I know it doesn't say how much MA you need, and I really don't know, but you should be able to get 8-10k easily enough, especially if you're a Grand Master, and that should be plenty as long as you keep him stunned/frozen. It'll take quite awhile to kill him either way since he has a lot of HP, but it's still doable. Good luck :)

You'll get drops as long as you're within 15 levels of him, but you may want to level up a little bit just so there's not such a big gap. It can't hurt to try, though.
