I think most hybrid RMs like your path are vit but I think you can go int if you have decent equips or vit if you have many int equips.

Yeah, especially the swimming. The swimming in gta 4 really sucks, as of now, the gta san andreas still posses the most sophisticated swimming ability which allows you to swim underwater but I heard in GTA V that they'll include skuba diving.

GTA San Andreas, the best GTA game in PS2. Some people even like GTA San Andreas more than GTA IV because of the features available in San Andreas not available in GTA IV.

Yeah, even if that player is not corrupted but if ever he can't handle the responsibility, it's almost useless. Also, I think there should be done about the forums too if you're talking about something should be done in game as I already saw few people kept on begging for unban, creating a topic about asking why they're banned and some players even post "banned" in char report section.

Maybe even a trial GM or a limited power GM can still be dangerous because the power to ban is too powerful. Even if he's a GM only for 1 day, they can cause much damage and why similar attitude as Fifin? What did she do?

I think GMs are really active like bio said and the boss is very careful when hiring new staff as it is a power can't fall into wrong hands.

I think it's because many mobs have lower m def than their p def, that's why mages can kill fast enough even with simple equips. Plus, mages have immobilizers(such as blizzard, cripple, tranquility, earthquake and soj) to help them farm by making the mobs unable to reach them, giving enough time to kill those mobs.

Well, one person bullied my alt char in pvp and he was so arrogant, telling me that I can't win and asking me if I want to play so I brought out my main char and played him like a toy and then he was very mad, he even whispering me saying noob and chicken in his whisper. I think the bullies are the one who are always angry or saying "noob" when they get killed.

Grief Play and Harassment Grief Play/Harassment is playing in a way to upset or ruin someone elses play. This includes: [Warning Needed] Swearing at someone [Warning Needed] Spamming someone with unwanted pms or messages [Warning Needed] Insulting someone or following them around when they don't want it [Warning Needed] Kill Stealing (KS. Well, I was also thinking if the exp loss penalty will not be implemented while the exp is frozen, many would abuse this. ;)

If you die while farming, will the exp loss penalty go on as normal even if you pause your exp gain system?
