What I know is that RainbowDash recovers Passwords only not ID but you can also try to reach him..

I would also go full dex but I would never choose full str stat because it would be a waste of time because all destroyer needs is crit not high p.attack..

If you really want a good Mage then I would suggest you to go For Cardinal.. It has good p.def and good m.attack
