Okay from the things that I've read so far, the player of the month (picked by staffs) sounds fine as long as they don't get any advantages whatsoever other than just the title "POTM". But the VIP stuffs just doesn't sound fair in any ways. ^ This as well.

No, it does reset if I remember correctly. Just that it won't be taken into account. E.g. You're still in DD and the DD resets. You have 10 DD's left + the one you're currently in.

Us GMs cannot help you recover your password. You will have to contact someone higher up such as an Admin. I'm not sure if void still accepts password recovery request or not; so you might want to ask him but do not bother him and spam message him. You can find him on forums or on IRC that's your choice.
