Bluntly, yes. There are little North American, Canadian, European players around, but if you look hard enough, you'll find some. That's not to say the server is dominated by those countries' inhabitants, no. It's just that the game is more popular there than in the countries I listed.

Who hits first is determined both by your reaction time, attack speed, and most importantly, internet connection. If you want to speed up skill casting, use panda gloves as a costume. They give a passive +5% physical attack speed. Sunken Darkness is also good, but is light armor. The best attack speed item I know of is Muramasa, it's only for two handed fighters though, so that's the only limitation. Death Mask/Deadly War Sword gives fighters that equip it Berserker, which also gives Berserker to fighters without it in their skill list. For mages, I'm not so sure, but refer to Sky's post for those. I do know that Munchkin Gloves add a +5% cast speed if I'm not mistaken.

Try deleting celestiapatch in the game folder. Also there is a thread... multiple threads addressing this same problem.

Make sure you're not letting the authorization pop-up crash your other client. That's what'll do you in for dual-clienting. Turn the security level down so that you don't darken the background.

One thing to keep in mind is that this server will never be Luna Plus. It will be classic until the end. Some features may be taken from Luna Plus like the new maps and mobs, but that's about it. Majins are just a no-no, in my opinion they're worthless, so they won't be added. I hope this reply is less vague.

People mostly use illusion attack because of the stun, not the damage. As Jonah said, if you want to increase.its damage you'll need more matk.

It's a false positive, the files are perfectly safe. Disable your antivirus when downloading and installing, and if the need be, when playing, and you'll be fine.

I'm not able to find the exact drop rates, but they are low. To answer your second question, yes, yes it does.

This. 20 str = 1 strike + a variable amount of physical attack based on some unknown algorithm. 20 dex would have some really really slight impact on critical damage, but it's still noticeable. Not like 1k but maybe 20 dex = +100 critical damage or something.

Agreed. I can almost bet my main on the fact that dex increases crit damage.
