She can't be online 24/7, I'm sure she didn't give up on you. If your game just won't start, then this should be the fix to your problem.

PK mode is activated when players want to attack other players. Every map after Moon Blind Swamp (there may be a few exceptions like Nera Castle and Valley Of Fairy, I just don't remember all of them) is open to PK mode. PK mode is controlled by the player, so you cannot control another player from going into PK mode. If you don't want to get attacked, I suggest that when you AFK, you teleport to a map without PK mode, such as Alker or Nera Castle.

If it's not your internet connection, your antivirus may have added LUNAClient.exe to it's quarantine. Try adding LUNAClient.exe to your antivirus' exceptions list and see if that fixes your problem.

It's to prevent multivoting. The level requirement used to be level 80, but too many people abused the voting system. This way, it's a lot harder to multivote.

No, it doesn't, here's a quote from Orange about sword rapidity. Using a lower level character without sword rapidity and using my swordmaster with sword rapidity, I tested SB and they both hit monsters at the same time. I also tested it out with my swordmaster, Stasis, and Jonah's swordmaster, Polyxus, we both hit eachother at the same time when we were dualing (I did not have sword rapidity when we tested it, he did.)The only thing that changes when you upgrade sword rapidity is the speed of your auto attacks.

The only thing out of that list that would speed up your friend's Rune Impact or Burning Crash is the passive from Muramasa, everything else will only raise auto attack speed. If he's wearing panda gloves, that will also make his Rune Impact and Burning Crash faster.

I consider weapon synchro and sword rapidity to be optional since they do not increase your skill's attack speed, only your auto attack's speed. I would only get them if you want fast auto attacks. The only way to find out your attack speed is by looking at your items you have equipped, skills, etc. There is no specific stat for attack speed.

I'm not a master at pricing, but I'll try to help you out. In general, "uber" items like PD weapons are worth about 80b, good 115 weapons will range around 10-15b, good pieces of armor are also going to cost a couple bil. The BWL is worth about 4b. Very rarely do I see anyone trading pukes for items. It's better to just sell pukes for gold and buy items that way.

It's either from LB3rd, LB4th, or it was an item from an event. It sounds like it might be a combination of an event prize and an item from a lucky box. I did a search on the forums and those were the 3 answers that I saw. Until someone who is 100% sure replies, I think you would have better luck just buying one.

I like the idea. I don't think there's a need to upvote someone's report because somebody that someone hates is getting reported or vice versa. As someone who has gotten downvoted on many reports because people were angry with then, I always thought it was a little annoying.

Go into your CL folder, delete celestiapatch, and repatch your client. That should fix your problem.
