Well you are supposed to work hard towards reaching max level, and it's not supposed to take just a month or too few players

You gain one guild point for every monster of the same level or above yours you kill.

 

If you want to level up your guild fast, you need members that grind monsters equal or above their levels. Being online does not earn your guild any point.

 

The guild points shown in your screen refreshes when you change maps. If you kill a monster above your level with the guild menu open, you will not see an update on the number. Only after you change maps or relog you can see this number raised.

 

Remeber that guild passives costs guild points too. So if you have some guild points and buy passives, your progress toward the next level will be slower.

Also to reach the next level, the ammount of guild points required for the level up will be decreased from the total. If your guild is level 1 and acquired 6.000 Guild Points, you will exchange 5.000 GP to raise your level, leaving your guild with 1.000 points.
