  1. People break necklaces because they're lazy to use low-level characters, I also fell into that tedious method even knowing that I could just drop the powder. This guide is very useful, this method is less annoying if you want to create many slots. It's also advisable to periodically delevel your character to stay level with monsters, the best way is with PK points.
  2. Did you try to change the window or graphics settings? Maybe that can help
  3. Yes. And Side Step lvl 6. It are really useful
  4. Hello there ~ It's still effective but there's a better alternative and that's to choose a Scout instead of Archer. The skills you receive in both cases are irrelevant when you become a Rune Walker. The only advantage being a Scout is in the Job Passives, you'll have more evasion just for the jobs you choose. You can read more about Job Passives here: On Stats and Equipment, it all depends on what's the objective of your character. People generally recommend having a good evasion and critical rate, thus choosing dex over strength. A full str entrapper works quite well too. In the case of the Elf for PvP, being dexterity is more recommended than being strength.
  5. You keep taking the PD on the wrong side. A PD player is a player willing to spend a lot of money to be powerful in the game and this can benefit any class, not only fighters. Under this logic even a Mage loses its weaknesses and becomes unfair against the rest of the classes. I understand how annoying it is. If you want to insist on this topic you can create a new post and see what other users think. The user here just asked what skills they can use.

    Pet's Bug

This pet is the one you buy at Alker Harbor? I suspect it's the pet of Farouk's quest. When you receive it, it gives you a random amount between 1 and 3 slots. The pet you buy will always get 4 slots and +2 for its evolutions (6 total)
  7. It's because that guide was made 9 years ago, before GMs added job passives in this server and Scout job is for both races now. Considering that the archer skills aren't relevant, it's more optional to be "Scout" so you benefit from the job passive. If you follow the path of this guide, you will get +40 extra evasion due to job passives. If you choose to be human you can use Burning Rage lvl 3 (+20% attack) If you follow the improved version of the path you mentioned (Ruffian> Scour> RW> Entrapper), you will get +28 extra evasion due to job passives. You'll also get the powerful auras of Rune Walker that will help you with your critical attacks. You're bound to be an elf. I CONSIDER this path isn't bad either, but if your purpose is just to farm the one above it's more recommended.
  8. PD players are a different problem. I think they're really looking to follow the game's "Role Play" logic. The skill is called "One Hand Training", not "Powerup for One Hand Weapons". Using real life as an analogy, your way of training with a sword won't be the same as training with a double. You won't perform the same movements. On some servers (those using recent versions of Luna) you can see weird things like "Two-hand training" boosting bows and muskets, and people even using destroyer skills with these. It seems that nobody cares if the game doesn't have logic while they deal more damage. On the other hand. If with much affection we say "ok, 1h training is for dual weapons too". We would have a class that has 3 different passives increasing damage. (1h, weapon training, dual wield training) That's pretty unfair for the other two classes whether or not pd-players exist. The only problem that Dual Wield Training has is that you receive 5 levels, the same thing happens with Musket Training.
  9. It are the only two AoE attacks that you can use. You get Rune Cry but it's an AoE debuff.
  10. It's really a brave choice ! You can follow: Warrior>Swordman>Knight>Magnus You must know that you won't be able to use Sonic Blast , Sonic Boom, Spirit Sword because it are exclusive for sword users. Then you can consider skills such as Dual Blow, Rune impact, Cross slash, Sword Storm. For buffs: Weapon&Armor Synchro, Fighter's Heart, Solid Weapon, Warrior Form. All Magnus Auras (Shield,Rampage,Accuracy, Protection). Optional buffs: Mana Storm, Blessing Guad, Nature Shield/Mind. Passives: All Axe Passives, 1H Training, All Dual Passives, Risk Taker, Heavy Armor Expertise(or Light armor, it's your choice) . I'm not sure if I'm forgetting something. But you can ask. x3
  11. I think it resets at 12:00 am server time, or at least 24 hours after your first message.
  12. If my memory doesn't fail, I remember that in the past it used to be illegal for someone to appear and claim the spot. You're not wrong, you don't have to leave or agree with them. If they do KS then you must report they. The spots don't have owner, this is a free server and it's wrong to take over a piece of the map and say it's yours. Many people are just selfish.
  13. Many people are just selfish and that's quite common everywhere. Sometimes the best thing you can do is try to kill them or shout through the megaphone that there's a PK at your location. I was offline, sadly, otherwise I would kill PK players gladly Anyway. As I understand it, if the player specifically harasses you, you can report it
  14. If you want to have a high HP then it should be Voyager> Archer > Rune Walker> Arch ranger then you would get + 10% hp. In the case of choosing Voyager>Scout instead of Ruffian>Scout, your job passives(entrapper path) would be converted to +2 and It's almost useless. As a rune walker you get the same skills as a scout and even better! I only recommend this path if you want to ignore evasion and focus only on physical defense and HP as your way of resistance. My personal thought is that 70 crit rate isn't a big loss. And evasive-archers can be quite functional if you get the right gear. In basic words: I think your path isn't bad. It all depends on which way you like to resist attacks.
  15. Adding to salmanfla's comment, it has the same purpose as karat 1 with the only difference in the required amount . Cracked diamond is also used to craft the Fairy Queen bracelets.
  16. If you mean job paths, most of them still work. It only depends on what you want to be. Since they added job passives, there are some job choices that give some advantages.
  17. Welcome back! ^__^ I recommend the following path: Warrior > Swordman > Knight > SwordMaster From its skills to its job passives, I can say it's a self-contained path.
  18. Without going too much into details I would choose the following path for both cases: Wizard>Sorcerer>Bishop >Necro / Soul Arbitrer(elf) Bishop is useful for its healing skills, holy barrier, cast speed, buffs and the int-poem . You can also choose Monk (Instead of sorcerer) for Necromancer's path, then you would get an extra magic-crit rate bonus. PS: I would choose Soul Arbitrer between both options
  19. It's how it works in Luna Plus versions. If I'm not wrong, the same thing happens with the physical defense, after 6 mobs your defense begins to "decrease" for each one you attract. If we use common sense this is how a game should work, it seems unreal to me that people want a mage who attacks like a mage and defends like a paladin, considering it has enough skills to stop monsters. xD I only insist with the point I mentioned above (Shield Barrier). Having a lot of defense should give you some block rate or at least the game should give you a little extra defense(%) that should work if your defense is exaggerated compared to the minimal defense you need to get the minimal damage. I mean if you have 10k Pdeff and you start to receive the minimal damage (let's say 100) if you have 20k then the minimal damage should be reduced to 90-80. Otherwise it seems that having a lot of defense is completely useless
  20. Probably it is.. I never used those skills so I'm not sure, but their values should be like this: -Perforate lvl 20 reachs = 1091 damage -Final Blow lvl 5 = 2051 You can take Dagger Blow as a reference to figure out how these numbers should work with your damage - Dagger Blow 20 = 640 With Deadly Soul something different happens, it's a physical skill but its multipliers are relatively low. Look: Deadly Soul - Lvl 1 = 120 -Lvl 5 = 160 (Max level for Templar Master) -Lvl 10 = 244 And gives to the opponent the Mana Vampirism buff then you will recover mp when you kill it/ or if it kills you it will receive the mp xD I can't say that those are the numbers that Celestia Luna uses, only Orange knows and she should test it I guess. This data was taken from the Old Luna 2008 skill calculator and its reference point is quite similar to our current skills.
  21. You get it in jobs like Mercenary, Gladiator, Destroyer. Its special feature is that it's a non-weapon skill and it's dps. But I'm sure it uses STR.
  22. Battle Shout/Cry are debuffs. Blazing body is a physical skill. i think there's no more magical offensive skills for figthers @~@
  23. I'm not against the minimal damage, it sounds unrealistic to tank half the map and still take 1 damage. I'm just against how it affects the purpose of the "Shield barrier" skill, you're in trouble and a 15-seconds buff that's supposed to protect you with strong defense power up doesn't help at all. (I once made a suggestion about this problem)
  24. Tbh It depends a lot on getting double evasion philos on your gear, reinforce boots with eva. Get the most common evasion items (Wind Stalker, Venom needle).
  25. It's really weird. There's something strange with its damage calculation. Of course I consider it's bugged. Let's use an example. -When your deadly strike deals 2000, Illusion attack deals 110-110 - But if the opponent gets a boost in their physical defense, then deadly strike will deal 500 but Illusion attack will still deal 110-110. I can even get that damage when my other skills deal 0 to the opponent. If the opponent gets a boost in their magical defense, the damage remains the same. I'm not sure if it's a magical skill . Seems to use physical damage but not the same parameters to calculate damage than the other skills, you can miss the hit. I also tested boosting my magical damage and I saw no difference.
