If you donated and didn't get points you must click on the help button in our payments panel which is maintained by a 3rd party company that has a strong anti-fraud protection and can sometimes take up to two days to validate your payment and may reject it if it found anything suspicious, if you click help you will see all your transactions and if they were accepted, rejected or are still pending.

Why does a shout in megaphone need a video? Are you going to alt tab your game and look for your fraps, open it up and then tab back to your game every time? Most of the time you would be dead when you come back or the ks would have been finished, etc. There are different bugs and so not all bugs need recorded proof, somebody not long ago filed a report with a video of a bug abuse that is hard to catch on screenshots but other bugs such as standing under the bindstone during guild wars don't need any video. Most rule breaking doesn't need any video and GMs and Admins can see everything about your account, from trades to shouts.

The only way to run Luna on a mac is to use a virtual machine with windows on it on your mac, you can use VirtualBox, it's free, but you will need a Windows installation to install on your VM, then just download CL into that VM and you'll be set to play

1p.a just adds 1 point to your BASE physical attack which is then multiplied by all your buffs, passives, potions and equipment effects. 1 str adds less than 1 p.atk point by Present's calculations. if 1p.atk point is 100% p.atk addition then 1 str is 38% p.atk addition, that means you need ~3 str points per 1p.atk point

You don't have to, just use any item that has STR only and see your patk with that item on and with that item off and then divide the difference between the amount of str on that item, that will tell you how much patk str gives you, it's not that hard
