Best to go for mostly single-target abilities in my opinion, specifically for PvP of course :D most of pve+pvp destroyers only take 1 lv of their aoe skills (earthquake, swordstorm, wheel wind) they saves SP for Burning Crash and passives I only get BC, FB, low lvl SB and lvl 1 wheelwind (use this only for DDing) other SPs i use for passives.
